NYC artist Barbara Hart has a wordpress website which features her small studio classes, dog portraits commissions and landscape work. This website enables jerher to coordinate her blogging and her artmaking for more targeted marketing. Barbara Hart’s work has been exhibited in New York, New Mexico, Washington, Virginia and in Europe. Her paintings and prints are featured in private, public and corporate collections.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, she studied at The Art Students League and The New School. After graduating from the University of New Mexico with a B.F.A. in printmaking and art history she moved to Seattle to work as Technical Assistant to Master Print-maker Kent Lovelace of Stone Press Editions (a fine art original print workshop). Barbara teaches workshops for children and adults in her studio. She has taught art classes at art centers; a private elementary school and after school programs.
